• The shirts are manufactured once the purchase is made, the production process can take between 1 and 3 business days maximum.

• In the event of any imperfection or error, we will send your order again.

• We do not yet offer size exchanges due to long international distances. We recommend comparing our measurements to a shirt of yours HERE .

• Please note that each t-shirt is produced exclusively through a sublimation process that may create anomalies in some areas, usually under the arm, leaving small portions of white fabric.

• Shipping is done by Correos de Chile, which can use different intermediaries such as Fedex.

• The transit time for international shipments is 10 to 20 business days, depending on the destination and origin.

• The recipient must pay import duties, taxes and other charges related to the procedure if necessary. It is explained in detail which countries must pay and which do not in Shipping .

• The recipient can request a second delivery attempt within a maximum period of 20 days.

• Undelivered shipments are abandoned once the waiting periods have been met.

• The Customs Service of each country regulates the entry of goods and collects import duties.

• It is recommended to find out about the restrictions of the destination country.
